President Trump’s Golf Outing Stuns Internet After People Realize Who He’s Playing Against

As Tiger Woods prepares for his long-awaited return to the PGA Tour, he recently spent time on the golf course with former President Donald Trump in South Florida. Reports confirmed by the White House indicate that the two teed off early Sunday at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach.

Later in the day, Trump is scheduled to attend the Super Bowl in New Orleans, adding yet another high-profile event to his itinerary.

Meanwhile, Woods’ name has surfaced in discussions related to the ongoing negotiations between the PGA Tour and Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund. In a separate development last week, Trump met with PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan and player director Adam Scott in Washington, D.C., to discuss the future of the sport.

Following the meeting, the PGA Tour released a statement expressing gratitude for Trump’s role in advancing the negotiations. “We appreciate [Trump’s] leadership in helping us move closer to a final agreement that will bring unity to men’s professional golf,” the statement read.

Amid these professional developments, Woods shared a deeply personal announcement. On Tuesday, he revealed the passing of his mother, Kultida Woods, at the age of 80.

“My mom was an unstoppable force in life—her spirit was undeniable,” Woods said in an emotional statement. “She had a sharp wit and a contagious laugh. She was my greatest supporter, and without her, none of my accomplishments would have been possible.”

Trump also acknowledged Kultida Woods’ passing, sharing a heartfelt message. “I just learned that Tiger Woods’ wonderful mother, Kultida, has passed—she has now moved on to even greener fairways,” he wrote.

“Kultida Woods played a tremendous role in shaping Tiger into the champion he is today. Melania and I send our deepest condolences and prayers to Tiger and his incredible family.”
